Prices keep rising and food gets smaller. Quality of the food is underwhelming. Despite the fact that wages have risen, the... quality of service gets worse and worse. In the drive thru line for a ridiculous amount of time. Today's latest offense is aBacon Pub burger without the cheddar sauce nor the honey dijon. Chicken sandwiches made completely wrong. Drinks with sooo muchsyrup in them they had to be watered down to make them palatable. Last time it was a son of Baconator with no bacon on it andice cold fries. Over it. Go at your own risk. Used drive thru. Friendly staff. Food was quick. Delicious meal. Had a chicken sandwich, french fries and a cold drink. She... asked me what sauce I wanted ( gave me 2!) and gave me ketchup, salt and pepper without asking!! 5 star treatment of a customer. Read more
Preordered a pickup order on the app at 5:47 for pickup for 6 pm. Got there at 6, food wasn?t done ? no big deal, I get it, it?s... a fair amount of food, but there was maybe 2 cars in the lot and drive thru combined.. 6:10 rolls by, so I ask the guy workingthe counter if everything was alright. He looks at his screen and asks a coworker if they have the order and he says it?ll beright out. 6:25 the order is finally done. No explanation to why it took so long or any apology. At this point we just wanna gethome and eat because it?s taken us now almost a half hour for a FAST FOOD order. We live LITERALLY 4 minutes away, andeverything was already cold and dry. I?m extremely let down with the service and quality of this whole experience and definitelydon?t see myself ever returning to this location and I would definitely recommend not doing so if you?re ever in a pinch fortime. Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff goes randomly missing while the drive through line fills leaving cars stranded for upwards... of 10 to 20 minutes at times locked in place by a curb. Happens way too often, thanks for the push to not cheap out on my ridehome though! Read more
I've maybe had a sub-par lunch here once. Every other time there was either hair in my food, or I'd receive the wrong order. The... staff is ok if you time it perfectly, otherwise it's absolute hell trying to interact with the idiots behind the counter.Overall, don't wast your time or money here, go get your heart stopping junk food across the street. The 5 dollar biggie meal is a great value. The food was hot and as expected and the service was courteous.
Been here a couple times and honestly? It's worth the time and gas to drive to literally any other Wendy's in the area.... Consistently end up with lackluster energy and next to zero energy put into food ordered. For example, tonight a baconator frywas ordered and I'm pretty sure I sneeze out more than the measly 5, 1x1 squares of bacon and tsp of cheese that ended up beingon them. Save yourself the headache and drive to the blvd, or literally anywhere else. Read more
