Ordered 2 dozen donuts through the drive thru. The employee couldn't figure out how not to charge me for an additional 8... donuts. Took multiple minutes to try to get the boxes of donuts together. Watched them from my car as they dropped differentthings they were using on the food. Then passed me two boxes COVERED in frosting and crumbs that I had to wipe off myselfbefore putting in my car. Worst store ever. Last three days coffee is the way you order it. I get two every morning and from this location it?s gross. I have been a customer almost daily at this location for the past last six months. I started driving out of my way because your... location was the only one in the area that made coffee good. Their are four other locations within in a five minute drive that Ican think of. well today I received the worst two cups of I've had from Tim Hortons in months!!! T/T w/pumpkin and a 3/4w/pumpkin. These two cups tasted burnt with no sugar or pumpkin flavor at all. I'm not sure what employee had left and you hadto replace. But this very disappointing service. Also I tried to call the location to let them know of the horrible experience.However the phone went to a fax machine service. Read more
This is a small Tim Hortons inside a gas station but don't let that fool you! The staff are efficient & courteous. They are... always hustling back there. There is also a drive thru which has the newer, updated digital menu board, which is super easy toread. Read more
CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. You want chocolate donut, you get plain, you want toasted bagel you get untoasted, you want... chive cream cheese, you get plain. You want iced coffee, YOU GET HOT. The drive thru is mediocre, stuff gets out relatively fastbut its only correct about half the time. The service inside is dreadful. Most recently, there were 2 people in front of me, onehad already had his order taken and had paid and I still waited close to 15 minutes to even get my order taken. There were 4women working and all seemed miserable, answering the headset and taking front counter orders like they'd rather be anywhereelse in the world. Pretty lackluster experience overall. Over the past 3 years I've been going to this location at least once a week and up until recently I have had nothing but good... experiences with kind staff but over the past month the quality has dropped substantially. If I order the wrap some days thewrap is in tatters and cant even be held to eat. It's really sad to see a location I enjoyed visiting regularly has slid so far. Read more
