Horrible customer service. Staff was very rude even though I was very nice and patient with them. They put my orders in... different places and I did not realize that so I waited at the spot where the finished orders were. I ordered two drinks andfood. My food was given to me at the spot where the orders came out. I was waiting for my drinks since I didn?t get them yet,and staff asked me what I was waiting on. I told her what I was waiting for and she then proceeds to rudely point me to one ofmy drink that was set on top of the counter at the register. I then went back to wait for my second drink patiently and staffrudely asked what I was still waiting for and told her peer if she made ?my coffee because she doesn?t know why I?m still there?with an attitude. Then the peer that she was talking to yelled ?I only have to hands? towards me. Before and during the wholesituation I was patiently waiting and continued to stay calm. I never once rushed them or gave them problems about my ordersbecause I understood how busy they were. The last two times I have gone to this specific location near my house, the service has been horrible. The first time they got... my order completely wrong. That happens, I guess. I called customer service because I drove home and didn't want to drive backto the Tim Hortons location. On hold for 45 minutes and just finally hung up. This time it was a complete disaster. I orderan ice cap and smoothie and drove up to the drive through. I scanned my Tims app paying for the order. The female server handedme the smoothie and ice cap. I gave them to my wife and drove away. Had to stop because they were leaking all over my car,clothes, etc. I drove all the way around and handed them back to the host and said these are leaking, can you make me anotherone. She said they were leaking because of the cap, Ill give you a cup to put those in. I told her, I'm driving, can you do itfor me. She took the drinks and seemed to be angry about me asking her to do her job, poured them into another cup spilling itall over the sides leaking all over the place again, and then tried handing them back to me. I looked at her and drove away. Icalled customer service expecting to get a refund for my order that I left at the restaurant and they were no help at all. Theyoffered me 80 points after spending 30 minutes on the phone collecting information from about the incident. I lately every time I order a wrap it falls apart or the insides fall out when I try to eat it. They used to make them great,... but the last few months the construction of their sandwiches has gotten worse. The picture is of today's wrap. At least this oneis falling apart on the top. The last one I got was open on the bottom and I didn't know it until it started dripping out thebottom of the sleeve as I was eating it. Read more
The staff at this Tim Hortons are the rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The "shift manager" lacks... basic customer service skills and has zero conflict resolution skills. This location refuses to honor the Tim Hortons corporateapp. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location. The way I was spoken too does not coincide with the values of Tim Hortons andownership should be ashamed they employee teenagers with this attitude. Read more
