Very nice!! There was a small issue with my online order being given to the wrong person. I had to wait a little longer but the... staff there was great! Especially the manager or assistant manager (I think) on shift! She was very nice and made sure my orderwas done in a timely manner and everything was there! She helped me with the door and to get the drink I got. They were verytimely, nice and the food was great! Read more
It was horrible. I was having trouble placing my order and I asked for help at the location and was told they could not help me... with an online order. I had a promotion from T-Mobile. They could not have been less helpful if they tried. So I left and if Iever get another promotion, I will delete it as quick as it shows up. Location on Sheridan at Eggert, BTW. Read more
I recently ordered pizza and chicken wings via the online app. That was pretty easy and quite seamless. Picking up the food at... the store however was a little more cumbersome. The automatic dispensing system was not working so I ended up waiting for acounter person to hand me my food. But in a world of constantly rising prices I find this to be a great bargain for middle ofthe road food. And if you know that going in you're going to be quite pleased with the dollar for dollar value here. Read more
I felt sorry for three employee's that they had the orders were coming in so fast they had a hard time catching up. I walked in... to get a traditional cheese and pepperoni had to wait 45 min for a pizza. Read more
The door says "pizza hot, fresh, and ready" but there was no pizza ready. Pizza was wrong and so was the dessert they gave us.... Pizza was subpar with very little cheese and had waaay to much pepperoni on it they need a better balance of ingredients. Theall day cheesy bread tho was fantastic!! I would have just got 2 orders of those instead of the pizza cuz the bread was waybetter than the pizza. Read more
The store manager Emily is beyond unprofessional. She is very disrespectful to her employees. The assistant manager (a gentleman... with curly hair) was trying to correct an issue with a customer because food was made incorrect and she yelled at him forcompensating the customer. Telling him that the store wasn't making any money and he cannot do that. Infront of customers andcontinued to say it and even confronted the customer with saying three pizzas is a lot to replace $15 worth of food. Wow ifthat's not a way to get a customer to never come back. She needs to be demoted for sure and taught customer service and promotethe young man that was solving an issue. Read more
