The food is fine here, it's the service. During busy times, they take too many orders and then cannot fulfill them when they... said they would be done. When the pickup time is 4:20 and the large pizza and 20 wings isn't done until 5:20, that's notreasonable. This is the second time this has happened. Have to be better managed as a business. Don't take orders you can'thandle. I know their rep is solid in Buffalo, but look elsewhere. Plenty of locally owned places that will treat you better.There was no apology and no discount offered either. Read more

Located in a small strip mall of stores, there's plenty of parking. There's a few tables, 3-4, so you can eat in, but I... observed that it was a mostly take out business. In fact, the first thing the disinterested employee at the register asked wasif it was take out. I said no, this is my first time here so I'm not familiar with anything. Instead of suggesting I look at themenu or assist me in some kind of way, he just stood there looking annoyed. My husband finally asked for a slice and normally,after experiencing such poor customer service, I would have walked out, but I ordered a regular cheese slice. My husband wantedsausage, so we were told that it would take 15 minutes to make, so we waited at a table. Other employees weren't as bad when hewalked away from the front counter. Anyway, I was surprised when I opened the box because the pizza is square. It's thick andsaucy with very little cheese or flavor. It wasn't exactly a Sicilian slice (New York city people will know what I'm takingabout) but it might as well have been. So, because of 'Mr Personality' at the register, I couldn't tell you what else was on themenu. But while waiting, I saw that the take out business was brisk. I saw packages other than the pizza boxes. There must besomething good there, but I wouldn't know because I didn't get a chance to look at the menu. I threw most of my regular sliceaway. My husband ate his, only because we were both starving. The sausage was in little pieces, which I prefer, instead ofslices. They need to give the employee some customer service training and have some menus available - nothing was posted excepta small sign with their few 'specials'. Only one menu on the counter that he didn't give me time to look at because he wasalready asking the customer behind me what he wanted. What do they sell besides pizza, I don't know. Read more

This location is great, don't let the exterior fool you, the quality here is top notch. Just had maybe the best specialty pizza... I've ever had, half buffalo wing half stinger. Amazing. Can't recommend enough. Read more
Francos is one of the best pizza places in Buffalo. I ordered a Large 18 slice pizza with pepperoni and sausage topped with... white spice and a large Antipasto Salad for about $42. This fed 3 adults and 4 children. They all love this place. Read more

What an amazing experience. We had to sign the credit card receipt and I gave it to my husband to take and sign. He, unknowing... to me added a tip. I had given the driver a cash tip already. When she was closing out her orders at the end of the day shecalled and asked if we intended to do that. Such an honest person!! Food was amazing as always! Will continue to order often. Read more
