Ordered food for our family tonight on the BK app for delivery, they use door dash here for that. The door dash guy didn't... deliver to the correct address. We could not reach him or anyone at BK location. After trying many times, we went down to thestore to explain what happened and see about getting either our food replaced or a refund. There was a tall slender dark skinnedwoman managing tonight. I was met immediately with snide remarks and poor customer service. No effort was made to look at thereceipt I had nor to even listen to me despite being calm and kind. I was basically told they were closed (posted time is 12, itwas 10) and to get out and that next time I want BK to go to another location. When I asked her what her name was she refused toidentify herself and instead said her name was "my store is closed get out". I contacted corporate and gave them all theinformation which will likely lead to nothing... But I hope somebody in upper level management reads this and has some kind ofcare or concern for how their employees represent the company because this particular employee does not care about damaging yourbrand. This wasn't just poor customer service, this was outright antagonation of a customer who had a legitimate complaint andwas trying to calmly proceed with expressing the complaint. It may only be a Burger King ????. But the staff is great. They helped me with thier brutal App. Which still never worked, I... ended up using coupon's from home. Hey Corporate, please look at your App. It almost had me going to Wendy's. Their App worksand doesn't wipe out the Cart when you add an offer. Or will not give a code when redeeming in person. This location recentlyupdated looks nice and was clean. The App spoiled the experience. Read more

Special THANK YOU to the Manager for having to unplug the men's toilet due to someone idiotically using paper towels as toilet... paper when there were full rolls in the dispenser. As a result I was able to use it. I'm a retired Head Store Mgr differentbusiness so I know all about unplugging toilets from foolish guests use. Thanks again???? Read more

If I can give a 0 star rating I would, this is what this Burger King location deserves. For one, I ordered at the drive thru and... it took about 5 min to get my order taken and nothing was said to me only silence. Second off I ordered 2 Spicy Crispy ChickenPLAIN and I said it, and it was rung in as a regular with Mayo lettuce and tomato. Third off I called the store because my orderwas wrong and I was served RAW CHICKEN. I called and the manager who answered said ?Hello??, as I explained the issue they askedwhat was raw and then proceeded to hang up and they disconnected the phones. We called several times and no answer so we went inperson. Once again waiting in the drive thru line for about 5-10 min. Asked for a manager at the window and was asked ?what?sgood with you?? The closing manager Christopher Employee ID: 552044 has terrible customer service and does not know how to talkto a customer, listen or handle a complaint. My husband was served a RAW SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN. Chicken is NOT supposed to bePINK at all. So the manager proceeded to ask if I had the sandwiches, like if I was going to eat a raw sandwich, we handed thefood back to him through the drive thru window since he asked and during COVID. I had to ASK for a refund because he simply wasjust about to remake them and like if I was going to eat there again after this experience. Manager gave me a refund with anattitude and ran off to the back no apology nothing to make up for my meal that was raw or the time and money that I had towaste to come back. Honestly not even sure how this man has a higher up position and can?t do his job right. I will also betaking this up with the district manager, the corporation, the health department etc. Ridiculous. Read more

Burger King used to be one of my first options for fast food. They were decent enough and always had great coupons. But over my... last few visits the quality declined. The employees are always arguing when I am picking up my food. They obviously hate theirjobs, but you don't need to make it so apparent to the customers. I understand that BK isn't meant to be fine dining, but theyused to be good enough for a quick meal, just not anymore. The last straw was being served raw chicken in my Crispy ChickenSandwich. I will never go to BK again after this experience. Read more
