When I say don't judge a book by its cover...this place doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you walk in its a... really nice place. They have an arcade, which can use a little more games. We ordered some food and played some arcade gamesbefore laser tag session. All the food we ordered was really good. Only thing is there is no free refills for drinks you have topay an additional dollar. We ordered our tickets online and signed the waivers ahead of time to avoid the wait. The laser taghere is 10 times better than Lasertron. We all had a blast. It was also a good workout the sessions are 1 hour long with about 5to 10 minutes of instruction time. Lastly the drinks at the bar are not that bad. Cheaper than other places. Will definitelyreturn soon. Read more

We had a bowling party for my grandson. The lanes were not working, someone came and looked did nothing. No one ever came with... refills or even a knife to cut the cake. Never came to ask how things were. This is by far the worst place to have a party.Staff is horrible. We didn't get a private room for the cake, after they told us when we booked we would have a room for thecake. Other customers were sitting with us, so most of us had to stand,and other kids were bowling for what we paid for. Iwouldn't even give them 1 star. Read more

Met some co-workers here for a few hours to hang out. The staff is friendly and its reasonably priced. They have an arcade, but... if you have a large group (6+) you should make a reservation for axe throwing, airsoft and laser tag. Small groups can jump inon these. Went for the first time with a group of friends. The air soft guns were pretty much all broke. Myself and my friends had to... switch out our guns multiple times and they kept rotating the broken guns back in to give to people as well. We did axe throwingafter and had some pizza coming. They gave the pizza to the wrong group and then the manager decided to give us a hard time whenwe complained. He eventually gave us an extra pizza after we gave him a hard time. The employees were awesome with the exceptionof the manager who wrote us off about our complaints. I would never choose to go back based on the customer service as well ashow expensive everything was. Definitely not worth the money. I?d rather spend it at a place that takes care of their equipmentand customers. Read more

We had a great afternoon at the Battleground! First, we needed a light lunch so we headed to the bar/restaurant area. My son got... a taco, chips and salsa and the other three of us shared an order of nachos that was huge! Prices were very reasonable and lotsof drink choices at the bar. I love that you can take your drink to the arcade, as well! My husband and son had reservations forairsoft so my daughter and I hung out at the arcade. He had never played in an airsoft arena setting and had a great firstexperience, including rental gear. My daughter loved the arcade, though we were running out of things to play after about anhour. Her favorite games were mini bowling, air hockey, and space invaders. I would recommend this place for anyone probably 6and up -younger kiddos just wouldn't have much to do. This place is awesome! Had my son?s 8th birthday party there and they had a blast with the laser tag. The staff did a great job... accommodating us and the pizza was really good. Unable to give a zero so I'll give it a 1-star review. This review is related to the customer service of the business as I was... unable to partake in the activities provided. Coming from out of town and seeing family for the first time in years due to thepandemic, I wanted to book a fun outing. Shortly after booking, two members of the party tested positive for Covid. Afterlooking at the website I did see there was a no refund policy, but reaching out to the management and detailing the nature ofthe situation was told refunds were not permitted and to just have the healthy members of the group participate. I understandthat as a business there are certain policies put in place, but considering the circumstances, I found the response to beextremely callous and inconsiderate. Buyer beware. You pay in full upfront as opposed to other places in the area that take anon-refundable deposit. To not even be offered that tells me this is a cash grab business. Do not expect a level of customersupport that even meets the bare minimum. Would recommend going to other businesses in the area such as Hatchet & Hops which hasseveral locations and in the past have afforded me much more pleasant customer service interactions. Chose to go here this timeas they were more flexible with members of the family party being under 21. Happy to see that good business ethics are alive andwell. This place is so fun. Staff is friendly and there is so much to do. Kids have a great time with all the activities and there is... a full bar. They have nightly specials and great food. Fast service. If you live in western NY you need to check this placeout. Read more
