The manager Eddie deserves an employee award. He went above and beyond to make up for an error of a different employee on... November 10 2022. He was friendly courteous and very apologetic for the error. He went out of his way to make sure I receivedthe correct order. I will definitely continue to use this location only due to the fact of his actions in this matter. Too manybusiness today care less about the customer. I was ready to find a different location until I spoke to and met Eddie. Starbucksyou definitely need more employees like this. Thanks again! Read more
