I just got home with my order and they didn't pack the biscuits!! I mean buscuits come with every meal they have on the menu. ... How can they forget them. I bought an 11 piece family meal and ordered a large side of slaw in addition to the 2 sides includedwith the meal and paid $45.00 and no freaking biscuits!! Unacceptable for a place that includes buscuits with every meal theyserve. One star for this. Read more
This is super whack. Just came home to this - guy goes we didn?t have a large container for the Mac n cheese I ordered and says... ?I?m gonna give you 3 smalls instead.? Ok, no problem but I came home to the photo below - each one of these is not half filledand this is flagrant gouging. It?s a little Mac n cheese in reality but man it makes me upset that people (in this case theowner or GM, I saw him they the drive thru window) would do this to get over on people. It?s super weak and my man, I just wantyou to know and I hope you see this review - you aren?t getting over on me, this is my satisfaction. This has to be one of the worst fast food establishments that I have been to. First of all the chicken was to greasy and sour it... tasted like the chicken was left over night. Second of all the Mac and cheese had a pool of grease coming out of it and thecheese wasn't even melted. Third of all the biscuits were dry, cold, and hard as rocks. Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. Order was NOT correct, it was missing food. and when I called to let them know, I was told to... bring it back and I?d get a refund. The chicken was over cooked and dry, I always order the Classic chicken sandwich and it wasnot up to Popeyes standard. They should lose their franchise, it was that bad. I will never do an online order again because I had to call and make sure they gave me what I wanted. I told the woman that I... wanted both dinners with two thighs and a wing. From the pictures u can see what they delivered to me. Then I called back afterthe man delivered it. They tell me they can?t do another order unless I bring it to them. I also said I wanted them to deliverme another order. But they won?t do anything. Read more
I was dissatisfied with this Popeyes early on, as the food never matched the order. I have not had this problem in a long time,... and have had 3 very pleasant visits recently. I did have to wait longer than I'd expect to get served inside, considering therewas no line, but the drive through was very busy so it made sense. I am very happy with how well this Popeyes turned around! Read more
I don?t have an issue with the food but the online ordering was a problem. It let me order things that my store didn?t have in... stock. They had to issue a refund to my card. Then they bring out my order to a parking spot and forgot my drink and the honeymustard for my order. When I called and told her that they forgot my drink she said no you didn?t order a drink. She finallyrealized I was correct and sent out my drink but with no straw. Thank goodness the food is good. Read more
