The food, the staff, the atmosphere I'd give them all 10 stars. Hands down thee best Italian restaurant in the area. We will... drive 40 plus minutes just to eat here. This was our second time here. After the first we decided this would be our go to pizza place from now on. We usually have pizza... and apps four to five times a month. UNFORTUNATELY this evening 11/26 Saturday will be our last time. Pizza is excellent so Iwas so looking forward to the Pizza , Muscles and Boli Knots. We arrived at about 6:15 and it was not really crowded, got set upat a table immediately. Waited 10 minutes and no one came over (last time we had Jose or Juan not sure name but he wasexcellent). We got up and got a menu and decided what we wanted. A young male waiter came through and asked the tables around usif they were OK, never made eye contact with us and moved on. After another 10 minutes A party of 5 came in and he brought themmenus and they immediately asked him to take the drink order which he did. As he was walking away I signaled him and again heignored me and went on his way to get them their drinks. OK i figured short staff so I'll be patient (our table was up front bythe window) . When he brought them their drinks back they said they are ready to order. I said excuse but we have been waitingnow over 20 minutes. He said but they were here first. I said sorry not true we were. The customer he was waiting on said thentake their order. Again NEVER making eye contact with us he continued to take their order. We decided to leave. On the way out Ispoke to a young woman on the register that said she was the manager and told her what happened. She said they were shortstaffed. I said that I understand but that was no excuse for the way we were treated. Short staff is one thing but untrainedstaff is not forgivable. As I left I explained to the waited his actions cost the place a customer and my recommendation. Againno eye contact just a blank stare like i didn't exist. So sad you lost a frequent customer cause of non trained waiter, whoinsinuated that, me a 67 year old man, would lie about being there before another customer. Read more

I had a white slice and a margarita slice. Both were very good. My friend had the chicken parmigiana which she enjoyed very... much. Our waitress was super nice and accommodating when we stayed there after we had finished eating. Reasonably priced, goodquality food. Read more

Food was delicious. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Noticed there wasn't any low carb drinks so when I ask the young man... behind the counter if can put half water half brisk ice tea for my son that's a t1D he did it with no problem and with a smileon his face told me if he needs a refill let him no nd he'll make it again for him. Amazing food! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly. We've also had many of our parties catered by Mangia.... Everyone loves their crispy pizza, stromboli and authentic Italian cuisine. Crowd favorites are the Chicken Toscano andChicken Parmesan. I love their meatballs--they're so soft and tasty. Will never eat there again. I asked them to remake our food after we ordered at 11:20 am and had a mix up when we wanted it... delivered and they thought we were doing pick up. At 1, we still didn?t have our food delivered to us. I asked them to remake itbecause who wants 2 hour old pizza and told them I would just pick it up. They said they remade our food and they didnt. I?vebeen eating pizza for 30 years, fresh pizza is crispy and not chewy. Picture below of the wrap with the oven marks of how theyreheated it. Wraps don?t have oven marks. Terrible customer service. My wife and I ate there 4 days ago. It was the 1st time in a few months. The Restaurant is open from 11am until 10 pm, 7 days a... week. It is in a shopping center that is located next to 3 major roadways. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Wehad a meatball and a large chicken parmigiana sub. It was hot when it arrived. The quality is very good. The chicken parm subwas great. There was a lot of meat on it and it had a good flavor.The outside of the bread was crisp and the inside was soft. Myproblem was that on the slice app they list the price for the large Subs as $9.99 the menu they have taped to the inside of thestore window lists the price as $10.99. I was charged $11.99 for each sub. I do not like stores that seem to play games withtheir prices. I can no longer reccomend this business. Read more
