Good Afternoon! I went to this Dunkin? Donuts I witnessed the manager female ?Brooke? reprimanding a employee female ?Madison?... yelling at her ?DOES THIS FEEL LIKE STEAMED MILK TO YOU?? and pouring the coffee in her hand. I think that is extremely wrongand embarrassing for your company. I don?t understand how a manager feels comfortable enough to dump coffee in a employee?shand. What if the milk was steamed and she burnt the young lady?s hand?! She looked extremely young, the poor girl looked likeshe was going to cry just because she made a drink the wrong way. This manager needs to be demoted or reprimanded. I willcontinue to complain until something is done about this. I will be a voice for a young girl who is being treated horribly by amanager. It?s cuz of this place I?ve turned away from D&D all together. 0... in customer service, try drink a large drink with a SMALL straw cuz that?s all u get and try asking for napkins they?re alwaysout.
