Not wasting my time at this location anymore. Service was non existence, the wings were prepared with no care and barely covered... in sauce and extremely overcooked.The best part however, we were served sauces we didn't order. I love getting blazing sauce onwings expecting to be honey and sweet BBQ. Then the attitude comes when you try and get the problem rectified. Do yourself afavor and go to the Brick location. Jody is the absolute best. Anytime I had any issue whatsoever she takes care of it , no questions asked. I?m sure I?m not the... easiest customer to deal with , using so many customizations on my orders , and it?s hard to get my orders 100% but everyonehere is great. Vinnie at the front always helps me as well. But Jody deserves a raise for dealing with me alone ! I come everyweek and will continue to do so. Read more
I recently visited your store in Toms River, NJ. It was my first experience visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings. I was very... disappointed. I purchased the combo order, regular wings and boneless wings. The regular wings were barely sauced and the meatwas dry. The boneless wings were dry and hard. Not a good experience. The best part of the meal was the cole slaw. I would thinka restaurant call Buffalo Wild Wings would serve the best wings. Unfortunately they didn?t, not even close. Never go again. Read more

I ordered the 20/20 meal. The boneless wings, Honey barbecue were hard and spicy. The traditional wings, Mild were barely... covered in sauce. I also added potato wedges. They charged $4.79 for maybe 11 wedges. I got a refund for the wedges. I willnever return to the location in Tom's River. Read more
Tried them on the spur of the moment. Was advised To make sure to ask for extra crispy wings...good advice. I would have showed... you what I got but the boxes were grabbed opened and devoured before I could. You know what would have made my Lemon Pepper wings better? Lemon Pepper seasoning. Literally 10 wings plain with zero... seasoning or flavor....c'mon man. Gave 2 stars because they were crispy at least. Read more
Service was very good ,food is good but not worth it , chicken wings are way to small for the price that they charge you,... they're tasty don't get me wrong but very expensive atmosphere is good ,sports bar type. 4 people cost us a 130$ with only threedrinks that's pricey.
