Our waitress Alysa was great, very friendly & checked in on us often. We sat outside on the patio and a customer decided to... smoke even though there were plenty of no smoking signs. Before we said anything the manager asked them not to smoke but hecontinued anyway. Since we had 3 kids with us we asked the server Madison if we could sit inside she rudely told us sure goahead & waved us away. It seemed like she was friends with the table with the gentleman who was smoking. The manager/owner wasextremely apologetic about this situation & for that reason we will come back. Read more

I've been only to one other tailgaters beside this location. Very upset with my experience here. When my appetizer arrived, I... asked the lady who wasn't in dress code for some ranch. She signed and rolled her eyes at me and walked away with a attitude. Itold my waiter what happened she didn't seem too care she told me she would notify management and they would come speak to me.After the incident the manager on duty AVOIDED our table the entire meal as did out waiter. We sat there for 2 hours our waiteronly came too the table twice. The restaurant was not busy. Everytime we would glance around looking for our waiter she would bestanding on by the bar on her phone. She paid more attention to her phone than paying costumers. Very disappointed in our vist.Never have I had a experience like this at tailgaters in new magnolia. Food was really good but the server was not, hardly saw her to take order or to get refill or anything else. Lucky was able to... get silverware when the other waitress brought my food because after my food got there she finally came over 5 min later to askif I needed silverware. Read more
Good food , good atmosphere, fast and friendly wait staff.. Always someone walking by making sure your good.. It has a low... key.. patio vaping..area.. with lots of fans to keep the smoke away.. ???? ???? away if need be.. Going to miss this place whn Igo back to Washington.. Crawfish season at Tailgators Pub & Grill Tomball TX. Messy good crawfish corn cob & red potatoes. Shrimp burgers pastas and... large selection of brews on tap.
