The service was quick and the food was fresh! I wish I can give a ZERO stars, I went to get couple sandwiches and I normally like to finish one for me before to start with... other for my son, but this people -indian couple- I saw how they were laughing of me because of that, my son told me he feltuncomfortable with them -even him felt the bad vibes- TREAT PEOPLE THE SAME WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. What a difference willbe for them with zero customers to be patient and just smile and do their job or business. I was so tired with medicalappointments that I decided to get the sandwich and avoid to make other stop on my way home but. Shame on you. ???????? Read more

The only person on duty walked in from a smoke break after I entered the store. Because I work all over Houston, I've eaten at... many of these places. When you can't find anything else, there's always a subway and sometimes, it's pretty damn good. The foodwasn't great on my first visit to this Tomball location. It seemed stale. Aside from that, I was given used napkins. One ofwhich was written on, the rest were soiled. They may have gotten soiled from the bag that my sandwich was placed into. The baghad food on it. The only way to get the sandwich from the bag was to get food on hands. Read more

I did a online order on April 15, 2021. They are always running out of steak, and they give me a call saying they ran out of... steak and said they can replace it with something else but I didn?t want nothing else but the steak. I told them I wanted arefund instead and the lady that work that day didn?t know how to do it, and call her supervisor and her supervisor didn?tanswer and got help from a different store on trying to do a refund. Pretty bad customer service and on top of that there is only one staff to handle that much crowd. This Saturday I waited for... almost 30 minutes to get my order. Either the management should add more staff if the location is a busy one. Also I didn't seeany social distancing and mask by the customers who arrived before me. Read more
