I had the absolute worst experience in food device I?ve ever had at this Subway. Clearly, the lady behind the counter was having... a bad day, but her attitude and customer service toward myself and my 12 yr old son was absolutely ridiculous. I asked her?M?aam, are you ok?? And she said ?I?m fine?what sandwich do you want? while almost breaking the glass in the bread cabinetwarmer when slamming it between sandwiches. I understand people have bad days but that should not carry into your work andaffect how you treat other people. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Obviously by reading the other recent reviews,this appears to be a problem with this location. Management - if you want to keep your customers happy you may want to find anew employee. Came in for lunch a little early. while ordering my Sandwich the lady behind the counter with her eye brow pierced was very... short and unwelcoming. I even asked how she was doing today and she just said " mm". There was two young people; they're brother and sister. They work very well with each other. The two gave excellent customer... service. I was there for a door dash order. I watched them through the process of making the food orders and the were wonderfulto watch! Read more

I paid for a sandwich that ordered online, they couldn't make it because they didn't have... anything really. The poor kid... there, who was probably having a terrible night, was not able to issue that kind of refund or was not properly trained, so wehad to contact higher ups. The one person who answered (only the first time) was the best example of how not to handle thesesituations, and generally a waste if time. So now... subway has basically robbed me. Let this be your warning not to do onlineorders, if you go in person expect to be disappointed by the lack of options and compete mishandling of that situation, and topotentiality be robbed. Customer service is awful. I have ordered delivery a few times from this location and ended up missing items. When I called the... first time the manager said she couldn?t refund me because it was through a third party delivery service. This didn?t make muchsense to me, but she did offer to save my receipt so I could get my missing items included on my next delivery. The followingweek I placed a delivery order and called to ask for my missing items to be included. The ?supervisor? I spoke to was very rudeand did not believe that was telling the truth asking why didn?t you call sooner and saying she could not honor the promise theprevious manager made. Either way it is a stupid situation and could have been handled better. Not sure why they didn?t want torefund me the first time. I will not be ordering from this location again. Read more

Expired milk in the cooler..2 months expired! Not just 1 or 2 bottles, all of the bottles of milk expired in August. This is... October!!!!That should have been my 1st clue not to stay. There were only 3 people in line ahead of me. Waited 25 mins and whenit was FINALLY my turn the worker stops and says he has to do an online order 1st. I wait another 5 mins.
