This is the worst customer service I've had at any subway, ever. The older lady that works there is super rude in how she... engages with customers. The cashier, who was super nice, made an error and added an item by mistake. As we were working onrefunding, the older lady interjects and then gets really aggressive. Will not go back to that place as long she worksthere. As a side note, the staff in that place don't seem to have received much training, and are not able to do some of thebasic stuff. I'm not surprise this subway has very low rating from others too. Read more

This location sucks. Ordered a sandwich only for it to be incorrect. If I?m telling you how I want to eat my sandwich why go and... put the opposite on it? Had them make another one to fulfill my order correct only for this sandwich to be skimped. Don?t wasteyour time or money at this location. Read more

Absolutely bad customer service and even worse quality. First of all, I walk in and no one greets me, the lady then stares me... down almost like I would be unable to pay for my sandwich. I then proceeded to order and she had the longest nails and could notput anything on my sandwich. When I asked for more, she would put like one slice of tomato. I then asked her to cut it intothree pieces and she cut my first sandwich in three pieces, then the next one she goes ?I can?t do that because then peoplecomplain that there?s veggies falling out? so she only cut my second one in two pieces. She made me repeat everything twice andhad the rudest attitude. I then proceeded to checkout and said thank you and she just walked away from the cash register. Willdefinitely not go here again. This is the worst place ever! Very bad customer services! I went to get two sandwiches. I told the worker what I wanted repeated... it twice she still wanted to give me what I didn?t ask for. Once I told her I only wanted 1 6in on Italian bread and 16in onwhite. She got a attitude and said but this the bread you wanted. I immediately remove myself from this place because theemployees have the worst attitude ever!!! I will never go back! Customer service is trash!!! Read more

8 years ago, me and my wife used to come here, one of the first places we used to go for lunch. It was great, over the years... they had ups and downs but now, its terrible to even just walk into. Pricing is not at all what it should be, meat is slicedterribly, honestly wouldn't be supprised if it's not even put away at night and was just using yesterdays preparations. Iimagine there's a reason why the turn around is so high. I won't be back, I won't send anyone back, and if you are reading this,save your money for a different location. Read more

I went in there today and there was one older lady and one who can't be more than like 15. The kid literally put on one glove... and with the hand with no glove, started grabbing the wrapping papers , now it wouldn't be a problem, if she didn't place herenon glove hand on the center of the paper where the sandwich goes. She just acted like it's normal. And the other lady used thesame gloves to cash out people and grab all the food in the trays. To top it off they were rude, like rushing me and my husbandout. Franchise owner seems to make up their own pricing. Staff tried to charge $3.99 for a kids sandwich plus $1.99 for a drink and... an additional $1.49 for an applesauce totaling a whopping $7.47 when the menu shows $4.89 for all. That's nearly double thelisted menu price. Staff said they have to charge separately. I don't think so...after some arguing and stating I wouldn't payfor any of the food ordered and would walk out they removed the charges for the kids juice box and applesauce. On top of allthat $3.99 for a kids sandwich with 2 very thin pieces of meat, 1 slice of cheese and a few pickles is absurd. Felt like thiswas a hidden camera prank show from the experience. Rude staff! First time using app and he could care less about helping me. Instead, he was bothered, and when I was asking him to... make my sandwich with the items I wanted, he said ?why didn?t you choose this on the app?. Well, the app isn?t user friendly anddidn?t give me options. It just made the selections for me. How hard is it to go by my requests? This isn?t the first time I?veencountered rude staff, but it will be my last. I?ll drive a bit further for better service. Got home, and damn if my son?ssandwich didn?t have a hair baked in it!!
