I got dine out at this location two days in a row. I ordered the same thing and about the same time both days. I ordered an... American Hot Dog(meal). First day, food was actually pretty good, but it took 20 min to get my order and they wasn't very busy.Day 2, I ordered to same thing...only thus time my food was almost cold, the hot dog wasn't dressed to the it was the daybefore(missing ingredients) and the employee seemed bothered when she brought my food like I owed her something. Customerservice sucked! I'm usually a pretty easy going. We as customers pay for a service, great customer service might I add.Management need to properly train there employees. You don't have to kiss a customer's a** but provide a good service and youmay change a person's attitude for that particular day. Read more

Terrible service today. Forgot my cheese sauce and pretzel almost broke my tooth it was so hard and dry. Won?t be back to this... location. Do better Sonic. Very poor integrity. Read more

I ordered a burrito and vanilla iced coffee. The burrito had burnt bacon in it and iced coffee was gross ???? I had to throw it... away. Plus the wait was long , the employee apologized and said she was the only one there. Won?t be coming back ???? Read more

This location has gotten worse and worse as the years go by and I frequently visited this location over the last couple of years... always thinking this time it'll be better. They DO NOT care about the food they serve you. No bbq sauce on my room temperaturejumbo popcorn chicken, then once I bring it to there attention I can't find my chicken in all of the bbq sauce(Sorry, Ishould've just ate it dry instead, I regret asking for the dish the way it's supposed to be served). No cheese for my stalepretzels, no marinara for my undercooked mozzarella sticks, no mayo or ketchup on my microwaved burger. Shakes/slushes and onionrings, only things I'll recommend. STAY AWAY from everything else or be ready for disappointment as it's happened to me morethan I'd like to admit. Read more

I'm begging you guys, PLEASE FILTER YOUR WATER! Every single time I get dragged into eating here the drinks have this strong... lingering flavor of a public pool. It tastes like chlorine and dirty pipes or something. I can tell the drinks have a fineflavor but then the wretched taste washes over your entire mouth with EVERY DRINK! Read more

If you can avoid this location, do so. Their teenage staff has zero customer service training and when they?re ?busy,? they are... not even considered slow food. Also, ordering on the app for this location means nothing. Read more

My husband and I plus our 5 year old went to this sonic today. We got 3 drinks, a corn dog, popcorn chicken, 1 burger and 2... cheese sticks. Our total was $30. When I got my burger, I noticed it was cold, there was hardly any mayo and almost no lettuceor onions. Those are the only vegetables I wanted. When I opened it up, I touched the patties and they were dry and cold.There's no telling how long they had been sitting out. There's a sign on the building that says "always fresh". That's a lie.Anyway I take a bite and it literally hurts my throat trying to swallow because it's so cold and dry/not fresh. So we send itback and ask for a fresh burger. I inspect my burger when it comes back out and there's literally a piece of meat missing fromthis patty that looks like it was used to slap somebody. We have errands to run so we say screw it and leave. But I definitelywanted to show this to people. Sonic, you can do better. Read more
