These 2 woman or the coolest, the offered some samples and were just happy to be there! I went inside this time which is rare... cause I was unsure of I wanted and they asked questions and made my decision so much easier!! The drive through speaker is inaudible. Make sure to turn the A/C off in your vehicle during the hot summer to hear! $4... Smoothies are not $4 if you do not have the app ready. I recently got a new phone and haven?t downloaded the app yet. I?m givingtwo stars because at least they were nice enough to tell me that it wouldn?t be $4. Unfortunately, however, they were not ableto look up the email address attached to my Smoothie King account. It?s a shame because now I?m definitely not going to takethe time and re-download the app. Read more

Do not come here. Smoothies are always wrong and they literally taste like water? how? It?s never a good experience I always... have to pray before I get my smoothie and it still be messed up. Then the people that work there always bucked? Pls close thislocation. Read more

I walked in at 7:45ish while I was waiting on my pizza next door, as soon as I opened the door the employee tells me they are... closed, they are closing early so she won't be able to make me anything. However when I left the pizza place next door at approx8:15 to 8:30 Smoothie King OPEN sign was still on. lights were on and there were people stirring about in the back. I can'tbelieve it is acceptable for an employee to blatantly disregard a customer is such a manner! Read more

I am so frustrated with this particular location. Staff is friendly but the smoothies are so inconsistent and usually taste bad.... I took mine back last weekend and told the staff my smoothie didn?t taste how I?m used to it tasting and she said I can remakeit but it?ll just taste the same. So someone is making my smoothie right and someone is making it wrong. Either way, I?m notcoming back here to pay ten dollars for a smoothie that may or may not taste good. Read more

A little pricey in my opinion but they taste good. Everyone here is very sweet and professional except 1 employee named Lexi. ... She needs to kill the attitude, when I hear her voice on the intercom I now pull through and don't order. She shouldn't be incustomer service. Read more
