This was our second time eating at this location, and I just have to say it once again exceeded expectations! The ambience is... classy without being pretentious, very clean, with lots of comfortable seating options. We had attentive and friendly serviceand our food came out very quickly. They definitely serve generous portions here while still managing not to skimp on freshnessand quality. You can literally taste the difference-- this is a wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant from the seasoned oliveoil bread dip to the homemade pestos and marinara sauce, there is no substitute! Good atmosphere, friendly waitress, nt happy with food. Marinara sauce is sour, big huge chunks of stewed tomatoes ???? swimming... in water no flavor right out of the can. I wanted pasta with Marinara sauce not pasta soup. Look at the pictures I posted. Read more

The service was excellent! We ordered a large NY Pizza & salad & 2 glasses of Moscato & Italian cream cake. We spilled a little... vino & the waiter gave us another glass of vino at No charge.Love this place. They have the best Pizza I've ever had. Read more

Ordered pizzas from here through door dash. Door dash brought the wrong food. Called restaurant and manager told me they would... deliver our pizzas. After an hour passed, i called to check the status and the girl that answered the phone told me she didn’tknow where the manager was. She would not go find him. I have it a few more minutes and called. The manager picked up and actedlike he had no idea who i was. Then states he had told his cashier to call me and tell me that 7 miles was too far to deliver.This is 9pm. Horrible manager and treatment. Read more

Great customer service and they always put LOTS of mushrooms when I ask for xtra. Update: I've been here several times over... last 3 mo. Kuykendahl/West Rayford Rd location. We had Thanksgiving catered and Oscar gave us a wonderful meal, and worked withme on exactly what we needed. And tonight I just went in to pick up some cake. The Carrot cake is divine, so moist! And theicing is wonderful! The chocolate cake is super rich and dense, with thick creamy ganache frosting. A little rich for my tastebut my daughter scarfs it up! Russos gives good large slices, very well worth your money. All the employees so far are great.But especially Oscar, the kitchen manager, always goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service!! Update 2: Just tried thenew pizza roles (my daughter calls them pizza 'rose') and you MUST order them!! Stuffed with pepperoni and ooey gooey cheese...they pack a wallop of flavor. SO good! On Uber Eats, Russo's uses the name Anthony’s Mediterranean Kitchen. I ordered a Arugula Capressi Salad at $14.40, and I... received a bowl of Arugula, with 2 shavings of mozzarella on top. When I called, I spoke with 3 people including 2 managers.All of them blamed Uber Eats, even though I double checked the order and it was correct. They are the ones who supply the menuand pictures to Uber Eats. I guess they changed the name to protect the crooks. Avoid this place unless you likedisappointment. See picture. Read more

Service was a bit slow this past Sunday as there was only one wait staff, one cook & one clean up person. However the food was... still the best as usual. Our wait person Erica made up for the long wait by doing her best for us & all the other patrons bothsit down, pickup & curbside orders by herself. She was sweet & well mannered, calm & humorous, helpful & welcoming to eachperson she encountered. Cudos to Erica, who was the best! Read more
