Good service at the time of day I went. They did not mess up my order and I will stop off again next time I'm in the area. To... get the same chicken sandwich.. crispy and a shake no wip cream made correctly. Not frozen ice cream like another location gaveme. All and all good service and good quality made food. it's JitB, you should already know what you are going to experience. Will say the ladies in the drive thru on day shift always... hook up my dogs with some bacon when we come thru, which has contributed to them thinking drive thru is where we get treats lolI'll leave it to you to decide if that's good or bad Read more

Good food service, great customer service. Everything was done in a timely manner. Normally have issue with ordering at other... locations. Also they forget certain items, and have to return. Not here at this Jack in the box. I stay down from this locationvery reliable. Read more

If your order is skipped by 1 or 2 numbers, I imagine it's normal, but since your order is given to someone else after 15... minutes of waiting, the customer deserves an apology!!! instead you hear an unpleasant attitude and demand that the wait 15 moreminutes and that you are there waiting for your order if they don't give it to someone else!!! recognize a mistake when you workfor the public!!! bad service at this place Read more

I stress strongly not to do business at this location. After making an order from the app for $46 I and my mother found out that... there was a glitch in the system. The location apparently never received our order. Not their fault. It's frustrating for bothparties. The woman working there gave us instructions to drive around and try again give it a few minutes to "maybe show up".The order never showed up on their end. When we showed her all proof of the order through the app and the dates as well as thebank statement showing money had already been taken out... She got an attitude and said "well there's nothing that I can do". Iasked for the number to HR or corporate. When she said "No I don't have that number" and "I don't know what that is" I explainedto her I have never worked a job of any kind where I did not have to know this number or have access to it. That this issomething that she needs to know. She then snapped at me saying that "Ya want to talk to my manager?!". I said yes please I'mjust trying to get this fixed. She told me then that I couldn't and to come back in the morning. After emailing and goingthrough corporate the only way we could we have never received the money back. They said to give it 10 days it's been nearly 4weeks. So in the end you will get nothing but poor customer service and theft. Read more
