I have been to many breweries and have tried many different beers. In my opinion, Fire ants selection of beers are by far some... of the best out there ! I would put them at the top of the heap ! Just had the Oktoberfest and very very tasty. And the outdoorpatio is just a great place to hang out. Great old town vibe. Although Paradigm is the new kid on the block and their beers aregood , they are still no match to the Ant ! Read more
Went out at Happy our Wednesday. Got a booth inside with friends. It was not busy, but server was extremely slow. We sat for... several minutes before anyone came by to take our drink order. Craft Beer selection is at least 12, all are very drinkable, andthere is a great variety. The food menu has unique options not found at other breweries. We all shared wings, the Large Pretzel,and the Nachos with grilled chicken. The food was fresh, warm, and plated well. Just wish the service would have been moreattentive. Fire ant brewery is a great date night location. Their staff is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to the menu. The food... is delicious, fun, and a bit interesting. We had the schnitzel sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak with kimchi. Like I said,interesting. The schnitzel was hands down the winner of the night. It was crispy, flavorful, and not too heavy. The cheesesteakwas really good as well. It was covered in melted cheese but seemed to be lacking in kimchi, so I asked for more. I tried thekimchi by itself and it was pretty mellow. Not super acidic, not super fermented, not super spicy. I think I was looking forsome acid to cut the richness of the cheese, but overall it was a good sandwich. We also got the salt and vinegar potatoes as aside. They were not what I was expecting, but they were so good. Of course the drink selection is amazing, so I dont think Ineed to go into too much detail. Fire ant has great happy hour pricing, they have daily specials so be sure to ask about those.Give this place a try! You won't regret it. Read more
The service was outstanding. Prices are very reasonable. There is also a good selection of beer. They have a great patio.... Unfortunately, I did not find their beer was very good. If you're a Brewery, you need to ensure your craft beer is top notch.While this place most definitely has promise, the beer needs to improve first. This place is so cute and has such a fun vibe. The food was incredibly delicious. We had a cheeseburger and the chicken... sandwich, both were out of this world tasty. We had the cream ale which was also amazing. The place is clean and neat, and theservice was great. So glad to have found this place & can?t wait to come back! Read more
