Very atypical chick fil a experience here. Could barely understand the guy on the drive through speaker (kinda slurring/not... enunciating his words well), he didn't confirm/read the order back to us on top of that. They did indeed proceed to give us 2x4 piece strips meals instead of the 2x 12ct nugget meals we ordered. And no barbecue sauce like we said. And one of the sweetteas was a coke. Order placed online about 2:15 pm on a Tuesday to be picked up inside. Slow order fulfillment. Staff standing around at cash... register goofing off. Kitchen wide open to public view and looked a mess. Supply inventory stacked up in dining area behinddividers. This restaurant is definitely far below typical Chick-fil-a standards! Read more
Not my favorite. This location is 98% geared to curbside, drive thru and delivery services. Furthermore, they were totally... disorganized. At first I thought that ght it was staffing but when the rush died down 12 people went on break in the dining areaat the sem time... Update: I added a star, after going back and speaking to Gustavo the manager, and explained the woman manager yesterday didn?t... refund my order, he apologized and gave us a large fry with crispy hot ones this time and a large fruit cup. This is the CFAway. Thank you Continuous problem of no crackers or spoon with a soup order. This time I happened to be home for a deliveryorder so it was fine. This location repeatedly gives you a large fry container half full and their fries are soggy. The mediumfruit cup was half full and the same amount of fruit in a kids meal fruit cup. Half the strawberries were rotten. We areregulars to CFA, even when traveling and this is by far the worst location we?ve been to. When I made a complaint to themanager since we spent over $50 for this order to be delivered she said she?d refund us. I?ve yet to see a refund in our accountor an added reward to our CFA account. We gave them time thinking it?s because they were new, but it?s been a while now and theystill don?t know the CFA way. Read more
These were the large fries we received. Both barely half full and both cold and soggy. Did not realize until I left the drive... through and was half way home or else I would have requested new ones. Read more
3 starts for a few reasons..... Yes the food and service is great, but prices have gone way up and the portions have gotten... smaller. I understand that the price of products may have gone up but why make the food items small? I ordered a breakfast bowland was so disappointed at the portion. I should of just gotten the burrito itself. I don't have a picture of the salads butthey used to be huge for $7 and some change and now they're almost $10 and do much smaller. I don't think Chick FIL A is losingmoney they're always busy and people will wait. I've waited in a 15 minute line ....... Do please go back to the way things wereyears ago...... Lastly the app..... It's like the higher level you get the more you have to spend to get points and actuallyredeem for something other than fries.....I remember I used to be able to change 500 points for a sandwich and now I need 600points for s regular Chicken Sandwich. Easily the rudest and worst chickfila I?ve ever been to. I was in the middle of ordering breakfast at 10:27 am granted it?s... cutting it close? but middle of ordering then they walk out and flip the menu on me mid order and then tell me that they cannotsell me breakfast anymore and scratched my entire order. Just ridiculous to have the menu flipped mid order and tell me my orderis no longer valid before it was even 10:30. Just rude. Read more
