Very atypical chick fil a experience here. Could barely understand the guy on the drive through speaker (kinda slurring/not... enunciating his words well), he didn't confirm/read the order back to us on top of that. They did indeed proceed to give us 2x4 piece strips meals instead of the 2x 12ct nugget meals we ordered. And no barbecue sauce like we said. And one of the sweetteas was a coke. Order placed online about 2:15 pm on a Tuesday to be picked up inside. Slow order fulfillment. Staff standing around at cash... register goofing off. Not my favorite. This location is 98% geared to curbside, drive thru and delivery services. Furthermore, they were totally... disorganized. At first I thought that ght it was staffing but when the rush died down 12 people went on break in the dining areaat the sem time... Easily the rudest and worst chickfila I?ve ever been to. I was in the middle of ordering breakfast at 10:27 am granted it?s... cutting it close? but middle of ordering then they walk out and flip the menu on me mid order and then tell me that they cannotsell me breakfast anymore and scratched my entire order.
