Very good tasting! This was our first time there. We had fish fry with fries and salad bar and pulled pork sandwich with onion... rings with ranch dressing on the side for dipping. All was very good tasting! Service was quick and staff was friendly andpersonable. We will be back again!! Read more
Waited 40 minutes for our dinner there were 5 of us. What's not busy so that's not an excuse. The Queen cut prime rib was just... fat!!! The waitress never came by one time after serving I got 1 piece of asparagus on my dinner with mashed potatoes instead ofthe baked potato I orderd everybody else got 5 pieces of asparagus Salad bar was empty.. The owner was sitting at the bardrinking II mean I asked several times when our meal was going to be ready and they said it will be up soon for 40 minutes.$128 meal unsatisfactory. Read more
Food was worse then leftovers. Got the big meat platter to try everything. All the meat was cold and could tell was not fresh.... DEFINATLY not made on Thursday the day we went. Brisket was so dry you needed ketchup with it. Smoked sausage was ok. Ribs wereovercooked and definitely not cooked that day they were left over and reheated. Dry as ever. Pulled pork was ok. Pulled chickenwas definitely expired, tasted extremely sour. Best part on the whole platter was the french fries. If you are looking for goodbbq food do not get your hopes up. We all went back to the cabin with the runs???? And to see how the owner reponds to itemsthat clearly need improvement is a joke! To call your paying guests names is completely uncalled for and people need to know soyes it is essential to let mulpiple sites know......I sure wish someone would have told me......No wonder they have staffingissues....who would want to work for someone like that? $8 kids brunch buffet and $12 for adults. All good was fresh. Short staffed which caused some wait time for drinks. Outdoor... seating is wonderful. We could sit outside and eat our breakfast while 50ft from the water. Beautiful! Read more
