Yesterday my son returned home from a 13 month deployment. He wanted his extended family to share a meal before we all went our... separate ways to our own homes several hours away. He found Murray's on Main online and decided, due to their large selection ofgluten free and gluten free optional food (his sister and grandmother have celiac disease) to try it out for an early dinnertogether. What a TREAT!! The service was excellent as well as the food! Our orders were all correct, despite there being 10 ofus! Our server was friendly, polite, and attentive. She was knowledgeable about what to do for the two people who need to begluten free. They were both SO excited to be able to find a restaurant to eat at with a dedicated gluten free fryer to have some'real' French fries. They both ordered sandwiches and said the gluten free bread was the best they have had!! If that wasn'tenough of a great dining experience, the owner came to our table and told us my son's meal would be on the house to express hisgratitude for his service! After our thanks, he left to go tell the server. When he heard from the server what his dinner orderwas, he came back to say that it wasn't enough, and that he wanted to give him dessert as well!! We couldn't believe hiskindness!! But he wasn't finished yet!! He ended up coming back out with little glasses of his brandy old fashioned milk shakefor us to all try!!! It was SO light and delicious!! I live almost 2 1/2 hours away, but will DEFINITELY be back someday thanksto the WONDERFUL experience all around that my family and I had at Murray's on Main (MOM's)!! We ordered the pretzel for our appetizer? it was delicious. The salad bar tasted fresh and the cheesy potato soup was the best... I?ve ever had. Lobster Mac and cheese was an 11/10. Heather (our server) was beyond kind and helpful. Will definitely be comingback soon! Read more

Local secret in Tomah! This restaurant is deceptively amazing, as it has a humble outside, but a very nice, big, and clean... inside. Great menu options, from serving items like Mt Dew Zero to a delicious spicy burger. Wish I had room for desert, asthose options were very tempting. Great for a family or business setting. Read more

This visit happened after covid! They had only opened March 2019 and year to the date they were closed by the cdc covid... precautions. It was bumpy for them like everyone else through 2020. The seating is spaced well. Atmosphere is awesome. Staffknows their menu and are cheerful. Food was great. They say they of course are digging their way out of the hole but it'scoming around. They have a dinning room area, wonderful salad/soup bar, a bar area. Plus a large upstairs for weddings,graduation parties, etc!! Beautiful remodeled older downtown building!! Overall a nice little place for dinner. The dining room is a nice and cozy environment. The service wasn?t great but our server... was also dealing with a 19 top of high schoolers so can?t blame her too much. She did take off %10 of our bill because of itwhich was awesome. The food was good. I enjoyed the salad bar which has good options. The chips, cheese and salsa wasdisappointing because it was basically all Tostitos products. I got the fish and chicken dinner and it was good and tasted fine.Overall a good option for food. Read more
