Very strange experience trying to exchange ham bought a few hours earlier because the whole family thought it was way too dry.... Must be a family owned franchise. I didn't buy the original ham that day, merely tasked with the long drive to exchange it. I amnot aware of any scams involving exchanging 98% of a brand new ham for 100% of a new one. They smiled, said I didn't owe moremoney, threw my receipt away and tricked me into accepting a $50 ham when we paid $85 for the original and after they disposedof my receipt. phone call home tipped me off. I?m a frequent customer of this honey baked location, the customer service received from the previous staff was horrible. Every... time I was craving a sandwich I?d think twice about going because I knew it came with a side of attitude from their employees. Iwalked in today and was soooo glad to see new faces! The new staff are exceptional, very friendly service and they recommended Itry their potato salad which was really good! The past employees never seemed to have any sides available no matter what day ortime it was. Thank you Honey Baked for making this change! It was much needed in the Tolleson location. Read more

Very interesting restaurant which serves Gourmet style food like ham sandwiches, turkey, rum cake, Etc. The staff there is very... friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, the place is clean and easy to find. Read more

They are very friendly and the ham sandwich was so delicious. I ordered a meal and it was a little over $10 so I say it was just... a bit pricey that's why I gave a 4 star instead of a five. They also have a savory sauce which is pretty great! Read more
