I called to place an order for pickup. I told the person who answered I wanted a large, pepperoni pan pizza and then asked what... the specials were. He said "well I already took your order". He refused to tell me the specials and then hung up on me. I wasshocked. I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 13 years. I will never again buy from Pizza Hut. Just ordered a pizza from this place! And they took my credit card number and payment. Then called me back and said..they don't... have no drivers..they have to use door dash and I might not get it, cuz they don't be delivering people food. Type mess is that.Then said if I cancel it would take two til three business days before they put it back on my card!!???????? Or I can go pick itup. Pizza was good, however I've paid for extra cheese before and this wasn't it. Looked like my standard pizza when I order with... regular cheese. Overall the experience was good minus that hiccup. With me paying for that as an extra, I would expect for whatI paid for to be there. Let's see if we can correct this. Read more
This Pizza Hut location NEVER has lemon pepper wings. Doesn't matter the day whoever does inventory must order enough to last... hours since I have not been able to order lemon pepper here in a long time. When I can order it I receive a call shortly afterasking me for a substitution. Don't expect to get exactly what you want if ordering here, you are better off going to 43rd Aveor Laveen. Other than the lack of lemon pepper wings this place is pretty standard and good. Just cannot order lemon pepper hereif my life was depending on it. Read more
The pizza was made on time and fresh but they really lacked the topping I ordered. Like 6-8 pepperonis and lack of black olives... and pineapple. The pan pizza tasted like cardboard too. The lack of topping for the price of inflated pizza makes me verydisappointed in a company I use to love. Little Cesar?s has more topping at a lower price. Read more
Ordered a meat lovers pizza and everything seemed fine. The next day I heated the leftovers and found silica gel beads baked... into the last two slices. Literally picked off a dozen beads. You can see where they were literally baked in from me pickingthem off. Shared my experience online in the app and got an email saying they will forward to the store. Haven?t heard anythingback. This location is always clean, the employees are always friendly, but, this time our pizza was not hot. Like it was ready... earlier than the time we were told to pick it up. Read more
