I've been here twice and ordered the same drink. First time the chamoyada was great, huge and delicious. Second time I ordered... the same drink and it was different. There's no consistency in the way anything is served. It depends on who is at the countertaking your order. I've been hesitant to go back but I would consider it. Went in and got a Fresa con crema non of the granola or nuts had lids on them it was infested with flies everywhere ... then as... I start to look around I noticed how dirty the place was looks like nothing gets wiped down. The two young employees were justtwittling their thumbs before I had went in to order I feel like they should be working maybe cleaning up the spot since it's sodirty. The young girls up front (red hair, black hair) refused to speak English to my daughter who doesn?t know Spanish. They clearly... seen my daughter couldn?t respond in Spanish, and still continued to speak to her in Spanish. Even though they communicated toeach other in English. Bought some Fresas con Crema and they were gross, they definitely had gone bad already. Went back to get my money back and the... two girls the one with black hair and red hair were so rude and looked at me all dumb when I told them. They asked me when I hadbought them and I told them look at the receipt it?s been like 20 min. I asked them just to give me my money back and they did.No apologies or anything, they definitely need to find another job and for sure nothing that involves customer service becausethey obviously do not know how to deal with customers.
