The drive thru line is so slow. Had to wait like 30 mins before I can even order. Night shift is very unprofessional. The food... is terrible, my fries were cold, soggy, greasy, and way too salty and the burger was made sloppy. I would give it zero stars ifI could. Read more
Just had the BEST service EVER here. I'm a truck driver & can't go through the drive thru due to the size of my truck 13'6. I... frequently have issues trying to get food after the dining room closes. The man at the drive thru window served us in the diningroom when he seen I was in a tractor trailer. Mind you it was HELLA BUSY!!!! Awesome service that I am so appreciative of. Truckdrivers deserve this type of respect although we rarely if ever get it. This man truly deserves a reward and a raise. They made me pull up to the side (spot 2) for my order, which I don't mind waiting, if my order is correct... Unfortunately they... forgot to give me fries and I'm very disappointed because my order only consisted of three things. (One of them being fries)just do better. Read more
How pathetic can your cooks and drive thru cashiers be !!! 11pm and it was horrible service we ordered a jack munch meal and for... one of the tacos we got a mini one. Is your job that hard ??? I placed an order (breakfast) #23 & got charged more so I asked about it. The lady informed me its cause I got a soda. I thought... you could get soda or coffee, but its only coffee. I grabbed my receipt & it said 6.79 instead of 6.49. I took a pic of thedrive thru order board w the price. If prices went up then change it on your menu or is Jack charging more & we don't realizeit? Had to go back to work so didn't say anything. Read more
