We?ve come to this Carl?s Jr. location over the last year and I?ve been so happy with the service I?ve received. Whenever my... meal is incorrect, it is fixed promptly and with kindness. The staff is very kind and friendly at this location. I don?t knoweveryone?s names, my apologies, as they all deserve recognition. I do, however, have to call out one particular individual forhis outstanding service. JJ is wonderful! Always has such a pleasant attitude and is always in such great spirits, His energy isaddicting, he always goes above and beyond. I?ve been meaning to write a review or take a survey for almost a year? but nevergot around to it. So this is my review of this particular Carl?s Jr. ???? To be honest Carl's Jr. shares the same building as Subway at the Love's truck stop on 83rd Ave. And I-10. I eat at the Subway.... I've eaten once at Carl's Jr. There. Wasn't happy with one staff member that got my order wrong and it was too late to doanything about because I was heading to work when I noticed the mix up???? but usually like Carl's Jr. Burgers. James was excellent and definitely deserves a lot of credit, the food was great and he was super busy but kept everything... running smoothly with a smile on his face. $21 spent for mediocre food that is never correct when ordered the first time. This is the 2nd time my orders have been... incorrect. I ordered a jalapeño burger, double, no jalapeno sauce, sub with mayo and mustard, and low carb. I got a burger withone patty, no cheese, the jalapeno sauce. These employees don't listen to what you order. Never coming to this place again. Iwill get hate for this but these employees dont deserve $15/hr for mediocrity. Read more
Overall the food is pretty good. Service was subpar. Have difficulties with the cashier overly talkative and a little... overbearing, where you could not get a word in edgewise. And not in a nice way. Made ordering difficult. Service was a bitslow. ?????? #TCConroyUSA Read more
Usually Loves is always doing better than the other truck stops in the area,but not this one. Is old,outdated with bad restrooms... and showers. Carls JR served fries fried with year long oil ,bad tasted angus and had no powerade in the fountain machine. Justthrow 11.74$ in the garbage Read more
