We?ve come to this Carl?s Jr. location over the last year and I?ve been so happy with the service I?ve received. Whenever my... meal is incorrect, it is fixed promptly and with kindness. The staff is very kind and friendly at this location. I don?t knoweveryone?s names, my apologies, as they all deserve recognition. I do, however, have to call out one particular individual forhis outstanding service. JJ is wonderful! Always has such a pleasant attitude and is always in such great spirits, His energy isaddicting, he always goes above and beyond. To be honest Carl's Jr. shares the same building as Subway at the Love's truck stop on 83rd Ave. And I-10. I eat at the Subway.... I've eaten once at Carl's Jr. There. Wasn't happy with one staff member that got my order wrong and it was too late to doanything about because I was heading to work when I noticed the mix up???? but usually like Carl's Jr. Burgers.
