My wife and I went to Zoup! yesterday (September 16, 2022) about 4:30 pm. We got there right before an afternoon rush. There... were only two girls working there. Both were very pleasant and helpful, especially when they found out it was our first timeencountering Zoup! My wife ordered the Lobster bisque while I ordered the toasted cheese dippers and tomato soup. The food wasexcellent. The Lobster Bisque was as good as, if not better than, any other lobster bisque I've had at any restaurant. Thetomato soup and toasted cheese were like a gourmet version of my favorite childhood foods. Halfway through our meal, we decidedwe were going to get a to-go order. By the time we wanted to order a second time, a rush hit with a few large orders, one ofthem being an online order. Being that there were only two girls there, it was very understandable that it would take a bit forthese large orders. That didn't stop them from being pleasant to those who were waiting to order, myself included. My to-goorder was another toasted cheese dippers and tomato soup, a long with an Italian sandwich, and a lid for my wife's bisque. Iwasn't waiting for long when they called my name. I returned to the counter, the girl dishing up the soup informed me that theydidn't have enough for a full bowl of tomato soup, so she offered to add another soup for free. I chose the French Onion soup.They finished up my order and sent us on our way with a smile. Heated up the next day, everything tasted great still. TheFrench Onion soup was fantastic also. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially this location thanks to the great customerservice. We will visit it again the next time we are in Toledo. Read more

I started eating about 7 minutes ago and the ladled lobster (lobster mac and cheese) is gone. This isn't just the best Mac and... cheese I've had, this is some of the best food I've had. This is one of the few restaurants where any compliment would be anunderstatement. I'm almost certain the bread that came with the Mac was homemade, the Mac and cheese was creamy, flavorful, andwas simply amazing. Just ordered today and very dissatisfied....I usually love Zoup and saddened today. I ordered a broth bowl at 995 and it came... in a 5 inch round bowl, about 2 inches deep and it only was filled half way. I ordered pickled onion in the brown bowl and tubasandwich and they just threw on regular onion and the bread was old and hard. The tuna was not very good. Read more
Zoup has decent food but they?re kinda skimpy on the toppings for certain things. I love their lobster bisque soup and their... Sonoma salad but whenever I get their salad, I add chicken and they don?t really give you much and the slices are really thinwhich is disappointing because with the price you pay for their food you would think you would get more because it?s prettypricey. Employees completely ignored customers standing in line trying to place a dine in order. Waited over 5 mins two other customers... left the line ahead of us. I asked if they would be helping the customers standing in line. Employee ?looked at me blankly andsaid once we?re finished with online orders.? I understand places are understaffed but to ignore your customers who have takethe time to drive to establishment is ridiculous. Read more
