Management is over the top. Yelling at employees, in a demeaning manner. Cussing up a storm for absolutely no reason, they were... busy, 4 orders. They need replaced, and I feel sorry for the employees. F-bombs galore among other things. Not a good place tosit and eat. Atmosphere is horrible. Read more

I used the drive through. Ladies were very nice and my order was fresh and correct. No complaints here!
I experienced the rudest employee at the drive-thru I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. However, the manager on... duty quickly intervened and made things right. The manager was very nice and definitely understands customer service. Kudos toher and thank you! Read more

Waited in the dining room for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us at all. Managers walking around not even making eye... contact. But the Door Dash people were immediately acknowledged, got their orders and left. From what I have heard since thisis a horrible Wendy's from service to food. Someone needs to clean house and start fresh! Read more
