Got a large iced coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar, got to the window and what was handed to be was almost completely white. I... asked if that was a large with 2 cream and they said it was, drove my friend to use the restroom and took a few sips, I couldn'teven tast coffee in it, I took it back and asked for a replacement because it was basically just cream in a cup. The did replaceit free of cost but I realized that the first one they gave me was clearly not a large but a medium and that was the issue. Alsonot sure how much 1 cream is but I think they need to make their cream shots a little smaller because 2 cream should not nearlyfill medium cup with ice. Once they replaced my drink I headed home and realized they didn't put any sugar in it this time. Ijust went home because I didn't want to deal with it and at least it tasted like coffee this time. They have a hard time listening here. Then want to get mad when they mess up. I was overcharged and they did not correct their... mistake. My sandwich was wrong and I was charged for a whole meal when I did not order one. I told the lady that and she caughtan attitude gave me my stuff and told me have a nice day I definitely won't be back. Read more
A friend and I met here for some quiet time to talk without kids around. They didn't have a line in store, but maybe a few cars... in the drive thru. After placing our order for just 2 coffees, and paying for it, we ended up waiting almost 15min beforesomeone decided to check to see what our order was on the computer. They asked us to verify our order, a decaf black coffee anda medium double caramel macchiato, then proceeded to ask someone else to make it. All in all we waited almost a half an hour forcoffee, didn't receive an apology for making us wait, and then pretended that we weren't there until we left. I definitely won'tbe back to this location. Waited a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged while the employee waited on drive thru customers. While waiting I... noticed the place was filthy, tables covered in crumbs and coffee rings. Behind the counters were just as dirty...except theyhad what looked like an employees half eaten bagel on the counter where they make food for customers. Why is every tim hortons Igo to disgusting?
