Got a large iced coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar, got to the window and what was handed to be was almost completely white. I... asked if that was a large with 2 cream and they said it was, drove my friend to use the restroom and took a few sips, I couldn'teven tast coffee in it, I took it back and asked for a replacement because it was basically just cream in a cup. The did replaceit free of cost but I realized that the first one they gave me was clearly not a large but a medium and that was the issue. Alsonot sure how much 1 cream is but I think they need to make their cream shots a little smaller because 2 cream should not nearlyfill medium cup with ice. Once they replaced my drink I headed home and realized they didn't put any sugar in it this time. Ijust went home because I didn't want to deal with it and at least it tasted like coffee this time. They have a hard time listening here. Then want to get mad when they mess up. I was overcharged and they did not correct their... mistake. My sandwich was wrong and I was charged for a whole meal when I did not order one.
