Came in this morning to get coffee got to work and realized my order was completely wrong. Went back, they gave me attitude... about needing it remade. They remade it and what do you know, STILL wrong. I get coffee at the one in lambertville all the timeand their accuracy is perfect every time. This one needs to learn the proper proportions for Tim Hortons. As a former employeeof Tim Hortons, I know that a large caramel iced coffee triple triple gets 3 pumps of caramel, and a double shot of cream forlarge size and a single shot in a large size. Then for sugar, it?s a double shot on the large size and then a single shot on thesame size. Learn your company?s protocol. Very upset and will not be returning to this location again. Read more
Walked in to get a tea, walked out with flavored water that was scalding hot. Our cashier seemed as if she did not want to be... there. The other cashier seem to help his customers out expeditiously! Read more

Thank you for donating coffee and donuts to our Free Dental Day at Jon Frankel Dentistry. We were able to see over 90 patients... with $42,000 of services. It is a first come, first see event. The donuts and coffee were perfect for those waiting! Update!The day before Thanksgiving we open up the office for Free Dental Care. It is a first come, first serve event. Many guestswaited out in the cold for hours. Once we opened the doors, they were greeted with hot coffee and donuts (We have plenty oftoothbrushes.). Tim Horton's on Monroe Street is one of the reasons Toledo is terrific. Thanks again to our friends at TimHortons. Our Free Dentistry Day for active and retired servicemen and servicewomen in honor of those we remember on Memorial Daywas a great success. I went to Tim Hortons this morning, I was greeted when I first walked in???? my son's we not ready yet, so she told me to let... her know when I was ready, cool! Meanwhile before other customers came in and I told her I was ready. Meanwhile she served othercustomers and we patiently stood there for at minimum 5 minutes and I said to her again, I told you that we were ready, ...
