This little tucked off spot is wonderful!! I go to the gym next door frequently and grabbing a tea before yoga, weights and... cardio gives me the extra energy and drive I need! The prices are good and the set up is lovely and far above what I hadimagined. They offer classes for those who are interested, along with Herbalife info which has all the nutrients you'd have in ameal! Super convenient for those on the run like me! Read more

The folks here a very professional and knowledgeable. Helped to educate me on a variety of Health topics from weight loss to... sugar levels. They genuinely seem to care about their customers and help to get them to the goals they set. The shakes areunlike any other health shake. I have tried other establishments using the same exact foundation product and didn?t care fortheir taste, however this establishment crafts the shakes in a way that leaves your taste buds wanting more. It?s nice that it?selegant atmosphere still welcome kids and families to stop in. If you haven?t tried it I would stop in instead of eating thatnext Mcfattening meal. Another A++ local business.
