These guys put meat on a crunch wrap supreme like it's coming out of their paycheck. It's called a crunch wrap SUPREME. We ordered the a delivery service, they put the food on our porch, didn't follow the instructions we asked for. As for TB, we... had over half of order missing. The items we did receive were messy, there were barely any fries! I learned a valuable lesson tonot order from these delivery services because every single times we've ordered we gotten poor service. If I could give this Taco bell no stars I would. But I clicked on one just so I can warn everyone not to go here. I ordered 2... Mexican pizzas and one special order, and I got them as asked but when we got home and ate them, they tasted like crayons! I normy husband could finish. We tried cuz we were both hungry, but it tasted so bad...there was no "sauce-ing" it away, so we threwthem away.. spent 15.00 on TRASH!... I tried to call the store to complain...and the phone just kept ringing. It has to be thislocation cuz other taco bells cook the mexican pizza as they should.....EDIBLE!!!. I ordered $30.00+ and these tacos were supposed to be Supreme's and as you can see... The tacos look like the literally threw... them against the wall and put into my bag. Paid almost $9 for three taco Supreme's and they were regular tacos. I was alsocharged the same price for chicken chilupas and I got beef chilupas. If "i hate my job" was a picture, this would be it. Almost no meat, 80% tortilla with some cold cheese and sauce smothered on... one side. Iv had some bad taco bell before, but this one is by far the worst. Go to Alexis road this location is a waste oftime. Read more
Told us the grill was down 10 minutes before they closed, so I asked for my food not to be grilled, no big deal. Lady sighed... super heavily and sounded miserable.. I get having a long day, but so did I and wanted food.. The food was handed to me withoutsaying anything, just having a conversation with someone else. Yikes! This location is new, it's only been open a few months...but do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. A headache... from start to finish. I've had mistakes in orders before, but EVERY SINGLE ITEM was wrong. The drive thru line took forever!Then they handed up an incorrect bag (it had a cinnamon crispy thing in it, which we didn't order), so after we opened it andsaw the wrong items...the girl then realized she handed us the wrong bag. When we got the right bag, we didn't realize weshould have inspected every item too! 2 nacho bell grandes...with NO cheese! Who wants nachos without cheese?!? 1 Chickenchalupa supreme...with no sour cream! 4 cheesy Gordita crunches...with no cheese in between the shells AND they put sour creamon them INSTEAD of the Baja sauce. Today I went thru the drive thru at the Taco Bell on Phillips Avenue. My order was more than what was on there screen. I wanted... it my way (specially made). Not only was my order exact. But was also made pretty fast. All nice and neat and tasted great.Thank you Fonda for taking my order and making sure that it was correct. I can't tell you how many other restaurants don't makethings correct or when you get home notice that it is made so messy that you can't eat it..
