I love this Starbucks! I don?t usually go to Starbucks but when I do it?s always worth it. I went through drive thru on 9/7/22... around 12:30pm, there was BARELY a 5 min wait, the person at the window was unbelievably nice, and my iced pumpkin spice lattewas PERFECT! The fact that two of your FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES felt the need to body shame, disrespect and treat a customer like complete trash... is absolutely DISGUSTING!! Just because the customer did not want to order your bitter coffee but instead spent almost $30 onfour overpriced sandwiches and was told by your two FAST FOOD employees through the DRIVE THRU ?this is not a fast foodrestaurant!? Called the customer horrible names and laughed about it, is just wrong and disgusting!! Do better with yourcustomer service trainings for your employees, train them better on the drive thru, let them know that working at Starbucksliterally does not make them better than anyone else and do better with your coffee!
