Staff is always friendly. Service was fast. Food was delicious. Didn't get my onion rings but that's OK it happens.
We sat it the drive through for more than 15 minutes and didn?t move. We pulled up to a stall, pressed the button, and were told... that service here (at a drive-in) is drive-through only. This is SONIC? America?s DRIVE-IN! The drive-through should be thefirst to go. We sat for another 10 minutes while taking a moment to compose this review and the line still hasn?t moved. Read more

I had jaw surgery recently and have been coming here every other day so far. I have a few months ahead of me estimg this way-... no chewing. Everything has been great until today and I won't be back ever! The customer service was terrible. The socalled manager was squeaking her voice and argumentative, The only thing right was the coke zeros. The Oreo hot fudge shake-nohot fudge(I had one 2 days ago, it was great), both slushies had more white ice than anything, even after stirring. Theapricot Red Bull one had extra peach added. I couldn't taste the peach at all today even after stirring-ordered thisyesterday as well and it was great. This manager was very unprofessional and wouldn't get past the Red Bull slushy bc it has awhole can of it. She didn't care the whole rest of the order was trash! Read more
Have been here (this particular location) twice now, first time was slow but food was decent. This time, my partner and I drove... around to all the drive-in parking spots trying to find one that worked. When we finally found one, we took a few minutes tolook at the menu and pressed the button to order as directed, but instead an associate told us "I'm sorry, we're only doingorders via drive thru today". After we'd been there for at least 10 minutes! There was NO signage suggesting that the park spotswere not being serviced today. If they had simply put signs out we could have been through the entire drive through by the timewe finally got in line. Service was then incredibly slow, from moving through the line to actually picking up our food.Ridiculous. They must be incredibly understaffed. I don't hold anything against the associate workers, but god upper managementneeds to do a better job. Jesus. The order *was* filled correctly, at the very least. Read more
