If I could give the 1615 Cherry Street Popeyes a rating of 1/10 IT WOULD BE AN ABSOLUTE 0? I ordered my food through Doordash... got the 24 piece nuggets and all of it was hard as a brick!! After I ordered my food and got home I did not get a biscuit with my food and they did not have any of the stuff that was on the... other menus like the $6 deal or even 2 can dine for 8.99 I spent $16.75 for hardly anything I will never go there again. Therewas no 10 for 10 and I saw the commercial for the $6 dinner in which you get 2 sides and a biscuit and I didn't even get abiscuit and only got one side for $8.99 unbelievable what a rip off I tried to call the place but of course nobody answered! The hold time in the drive thru is ridiculous sat and wait 5mins before someone came on to take my order. I was told to pull up... front because they are waiting for fries after hold 20 mins up front I went inside held for another 5 mins before anyoneacknowledge I was waiting. Asked about my order I was told they are waiting for chicken. I went back outside waited another10mins they came out. They didn't even give me all the food I order I won't ever go back there again. Service is terrible. Very slow. Staff always have an attitude. They cut u off when ordering. They don't give receipts then when... u let them know that your order is incorrect they dispute it.... like u are less than honest. I resent the implications that iswhy Popeyes on cherry st. It seems that this store either run out of food ( shrimp) more than the other Popeyes or they just don't like dropping the... shrimp. Unprofessional when I mentioned coming there four times and they are always out of that or something else. Read more
This place always seems to be perpetually behind. It took nearly ten minutes just to get someone to acknowledge the front... counter. I get that they, and most quick service places, are short staffed. However, it seems like every time I'm at thislocation, the same things happen. The food is good, but SERVICE needs to be WAY better before I'll go back. Read more

Won't ever go back. They didn't have any sandwiches. They didn't have any fries. They only had 8 burnt dry chickenless nuggets.... Was dirty in there. Should have not spent my money there but didn't wanna go anywhere else after waiting in line for 15 minutes.Could tell all the food I received had been sitting around for hours. The person taking drive through orders was unprofessionalas they come screaming and yelling and talking to other employees while I'm ordering and asking me to constantly repeat myself.If you don't like your job and can't do it properly then quit.
