I went in to get some broccoli cheddar soup at about 30 minutes to close. There was a young lady mopping the floor with sticky... smelly water (red flag). She then stopped to ring me up only to find out they said they were out of broccoli cheddar soup. Itjust seems like they are jumping the gun on closing and putting things away prematurely. I also wanted a smoothie that Icouldn't get because the machine was cleaned for the night. So then after not getting two things I wanted i settled for a saladwhich was not made right. Ordered my food at the kiosk and got it very quick. It all tasted very good as well!
Friendly cashier and manager, visible and keeping customers happy. Only waited about 6 minutes after ordering food. French... onion soup was hot and tasty. Bbq chicken sandwich had nice flavor. Pick 2 combo for under $10 is perfect for lunch. Read more
Was staying in the hospital with my baby boy back in November and went to this Panera to get a small break and good coffee for a... pick-me-up. When I asked for a specific flavor, the worker snapped at me that they don?t do flavors there. I got a regularcoffee and was handed an empty cup with no further interaction. Then when I couldn?t see where the coffee was and asked, theworker very rudely pointed it out. For being a place full of people going through really hard stuff, the staff should really bebetter trained in treating their customers with a little more patience and compassion. Read more
Quite literally the worst service you can have. There self order machines are out if service and in stead of telling us they... just watch you try for 10 minutes before you give up. Then as you walk up the girl at the register goes to the back and waitsfor you to leave. When the self order did work they constantly make your food wrong. I got the mac and cheese sandwich and itwas ice cold. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more
I never ever leave reviews on restaurants but I can honestly say this is literally the WORST Panera I?ve ever been to. I?ve... ordered delivery from here twice and I?ve also dinned in a few times. Every time I?ve gone they screwed up my order MAJORLY.The last delivery I received was completely wrong I was missing a few things not to mention the meat was missing from mysandwich. I?ve tried calling about the TURKEY missing on my Bacon TURKEY Bravo and absolutely no one ever picks up. It?s awaste of money and time. This Panera is really giving this chain a bad name. I ordered using the app and accepted that my order may be delayed because I ordered about noon on a Saturday. This location is... always busy, but my order was a half hour late and I wasn't aware of the self service requirement for beverages. I had to getinto two additional lines just to grab my tea and lemonade. Nightmare. Next time if you're near the mall try another option. Read more
