My group & I were attending a concert and decided to eat here since it was inside our hotel. The restaurant itself was very nice... but the food and service was just alright. We made reservations early as I read from other reviews that service was slow and I'mglad I did. Our waitress was very nice, professional but it took her forever to get our drinks, bring them and after our foodcame, come back to ask if we needed anything. At least 20 mins between each of those. The only thing that was fast was our food.I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. I modified my order with no prosciutto & sage and it came with some prosciutto (on half whichwas strange) and my sauce had sage in it. It wasn't worth sending it back to only wait when the rest of my party was eating andwe had an event to go to. Read more

Definitely one of my favorite places downtown. Love the half off wines to go!

The chef and wait staff made our celebration extraordinary. We had a party of eight. Six of us arrived timely, but the two from... out of town were delayed. Never did we feel rushed or pressured to order. The waitress was pleasant and accomodating. Each of ushad a different item. The food arrived promptly. Everything was hot and delicious. From burgers to chicken, pork chops to salad,a vegetarian meal and eggs Benedict made us all glad to have this dining experience. We took photos of our mimosa flight, butmissed taking any of our food. The rolls were delicious too. We literally had to stop ourselves before our entrees arrived.Thank you to everyone who made our first visit the first of many! Read more

This place has a lot of potential, and would be fantastic with just a few changes. As of September '22, it only deserves its... rating of 3.5 stars. The good: The dishes are bold. I've never seen a smoked chicken tortellini tossed in Sriracha garlic saucewith cubed tomatoes and caramelized onions before, and it was delicious. Prosciutto seared and wrapped around chicken withprobably the best sauce I've tried in my life. The chef experiments, and the results are fantastic. Prices are also fairlyreasonable. Decor is nice, staff is friendly, and seating is comfortable. The bad: It's a good thing seating is comfortable, because the wait is horrendous. There were only 2 other tables and 3 people at the bar when I went, with 3 waitresses and a bartender. Our drink order of a beer and a mimosa took 15 minutes to bring out. Same for the refills. Appetizer took about 20minutes, which I suppose isn't horrible, but main dishes were nearly 40 minutes after placing the order. We were there for over2 hours. After the other tables left, they didn't get bussed for nearly an hour. While the staff is friendly, they spend a largeportion of their time talking with each other. I'm not sure if there was a restaurant manager or supervisor on duty, but theyclearly do not run a tight ship. If NAPA gets a good manager into place, this restaurant would thrive. Read more

Sat for about 25 minutes before we had a server come up to us. 40 min till we were served our first drink. Cocktail was so... bitter I couldn’t even drink it. The menu ingredients read beautifully but the execution was not there. Every meat we orderedwas dry or overcooked. I laughed when the Brie came out because it looked like something that would be served to a child. It wassuper greasy and it looked like they cut up a single strawberry and 1/20th of an apple and tossed it on a plate. The bread crispwas so hard I couldn’t even bit into it. Never again. 1 star for The server who was exceptionally nice. Read more

We will not be back. We had dinner here after our wedding and the whole experience was a mess from the start. We should have... paid attention to the red flags. The manager in charge of events was clueless and we had to practically beg her to give us anyinformation. We originally had a reservation at another local restaurant that simply involved calling up the place and askingfor a table of 34 on a Saturday afternoon. Napa had us sign a contract to come eat. They were extremely short-staffed andmultiple guests had issues with both food and rudeness from management who delivered the food when it was sent back for beingcold. The last straw was that we mistakenly left behind one of our wedding gifts in a decent-sized box with many of our cardsand cash and gift cards in it. When we realized it was not with anyone the next morning, my husband called. This started fourdays or being given the run-around by the GM and all others involved. We were told this was a top priority, but could never geta return call. We were put on hold multiple times for upwards of 20+ minutes. We were avoided. My husband asked if they couldlook at the cameras and was told that the cameras were not operational yet. We asked the hotel for help, etc. I know that we arethe ones who left it behind, but having been a server for 15+ years, I also know that when a party is being bussed, you noticewhen something has been left behind. Especially a box with a glass dish and wedding cards. Incidentally, one of the servers onour party quit that night and hasn’t been back since. Here we are a over a week later with zero resolution. We are notexpecting our money and gift cards back, but it would have been nice to have some kind of explanation the day after, rather thanbeing given the run-around. If that is the way this place does business, I would never recommend bringing a group here, at leastnot until management changes and the servers gain more experience. Also, it’s funny to me that they just Read more
