The quality of McDonald's food have hit an all time low. As a kid I loved the sandwiches that sat under the red lamp, the fries... in the high cholesterol grease to the McDonald's birthday cakes. (Hell I bought the Bday cake for no bday. They was justGOOD) Now, OMG....Now! That steak bagel is all bread, no steak. The burger patty is a mystery meat??? They took the orangedrink!!! ???? The ice cream machine (don't matter which one you go to. In town or out of town) There ice cream machine doesn'twork. We can be here all day. It is unacceptable to wait in a fast food drive-thru for 20+ minutes. After waiting so long the food still wasn't ready when I... arrived to the window. I waited at least 2 minutes before placing the order and because service was slow it took a few minutesfor my $ to be taken. The rude incompetent person at the cashiers register gave my order to someone else and then yelled at me for her mistake. She... ended up screaming at me until I left the line with no food. She deserves to get fired if she can't interact with customerswithout yelling especially when it's her mistake. Asked for unsalted fries and they were heavily salted. Quickly led to a hospital visit and a lawsuit. I greatly appreciate the... settlement I'm about to receive because a couple of lazy bozos can't do their job. I was here Thursday September 5th at about 3 pm. I ordered two quarter pounders buy one get one for a dollar. The total came out... to be 5.84. When I had waited for about ten minutes inside order my food was messed up I had ketchup, mustard,extra onions andno pickles. The first sandwich was right and the other sandwich was wrong. I let them know immediately and my order was fixedimmediately with an apology for their mistake. My personal feelings on this Mc Donald's was that it's an extremely nice buildingfor the area it's in. It does seem to stick out quite a lot. The staff worked very hard to work as a team and accomplish thegoal of keeping customers happy and their food hot and delicious. Very good ???? Read more
OMG so tonight I decided to go get McDonald's for my kids for dinner. I had placed my order through the drive thru which was... simple Happy meal 6 piece and two McChicken bundles alongside two large sprites. Before getting to the second window where wepick the food up. A young man was standing at the window to order him some food the manager refused to service him. I asked theyoung man politely if how we could help him and we did. Meanwhile at the second window where you get the food. The managerlooks agitated. I politely say to her are you having a bad day? She answers yes. The manager hands me food and I reach in thebag to test the fries. I'm like medium warm that's a no for me. I get side tracked and realize I had not checked over the restof my order. I was playing it forward by getting the young man his food ordered. Long story short. We pulled over to taco bellwhile sitting in line I decided to check over happy meal completely disgusted I get because everything is hard. I don't want toeat eat that. We drive back over so I can get them to make my Food fresh.. I asked for the manager to come to the window. Theworker ignored us and shut the window. He came back I asked for the GM number since he started an argument with me about nottaking the food back past 15 minutes. I said to him you see we just got out of line. He slams the window shut and ignores me. Welook in the window he is on the phone calling the police on us. He told the police we threatened him and made false accusationson us. Moral of the story. How would this have gone two innocent black female's who were harmles and did nothing wrong by justwanting their food made right. I will be back to talk to a manager about the treatment we got and also to get my ordercorrected tomorrow. They need a better and friendlier night team.
