This is the 2nd and last time I will ever go to this location. The worker was the RUDEST person I've ever dealt with. I placed... my order in the drive thru, I paid and went to pick up. The lady didn't greet me or anything. She handed a milk and then thefood. I was waiting on a tea and she looked at me and said need something. I said I was waiting on a tea. Before I evenfinished she told me I didn't pay for one. I tried telling her I ordered one. She wouldn't even look at me and Just keptsaying you didn't pay for one. Then she said look at your receipt and I said I didn't have one. She jumped on the otheremploye and told her to give everyone a receipt. She never apologized to me or offered to give me a receipt. I said this isridiculous and she said ok bye. I am appalled you would have employees working for you that are like that. You are a customerbased business with ZERO customer service. Read more
This place is a joke of a restaurant they seriously should close doors for good! 99% percent of staff including managers are... rude or have no idea what they are doing! I go on my lunch break and end up spending 25 minutes in the drive through! The lobbystill is not open and they just open and close whenever the heck they feel like it alot of times on the weekends they will openat 7 close again at 11am and reopen at noon smh! terrible experience after a string of not great ones. ordered on the app and chose curbside pick up. after 2o minutes we... walked to the window (no customer entrance on the pick up side of the store) and were told the system had crashed and they neverreceived the order, though we had been charged already. finally got our food another 25 minutes later and it is mostly cool andthey forgot a sandwich. manager was friendly but this was not a good experience at all. Placed a mobile order only to find out that the curbside did not open untill 7 am. I drive a high profile vehicle that does not... fit thru the drive thru. Lady at the window said she could not hand me my food thru the window. Speedway had no hot sandwiches,BK was closed, and mcdonalds employees are rude. Its not like i was a guy on a bicycle. No one was wearing gloves, bunch of teenagers left unsupervised to joke around on the job. Two had there phones out while I was... waiting for the them to come back to the window because they forgot something and they handed me my open fries with the samehand they were touching there cell phone with. This comment is for the one at 1205 Sylvania Ave, store #5710. I went here after a visit to the one at 3008 Monroe St, store... #12734. I don't know if they are in the same franchise, but the Monroe St McDonald's was horrible, the fish was old and greasy,fries were hard as rocks and the drinks were watery. The Sylvania McDonald's was awesome, all my food was fresh, the staff wasvery polite and fast. They get no complaints from me. The fish on the left are the fresh ones, the fish to the right are thegreasy ones. Read more
Cashier did not give or offer me a receipt. And I asked to make sure BBQ sauce was in my son's happy meal and the guy at the... last window said he thinks so ( I should've checked) but the line was so slow moving I , after working 9 hours all I wanted todo was get home and give my son his food .
