Given about 10 chances. Fastest there driveway had ever moved was when there was me and 2 other cars. It took only 20 min that... time. Anytime you come here plan on being in drive through for 40 min while the cashier takes and order but can't take money.They need 2 people doing that job or hire someone else. Read more
Sooo slow! Everytime we go there, doesnt matter the time of day, they're always beyond slow. There was only one car in front of... me today and they had them park in a spot to wait for their food. I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. They had us pull upto the third window even though nobody was behind us. We waited 15 minutes there for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry ???? a coupleweeks ago I went there at like 7am and there were 2 guys in the window screaming at each other and we waited almost 30 minutesfor 2 breakfast meals. I'd give it less than zero if I could. Try going there after pool league and 3 our of 4 times they do not even answer drive thru... window. Had 2 cars pull away and leave before me tonight. A woman asked if I had some sort or rewards. I answered no. Proceededto order food and no one ever responded. Sat there quite a while. Honked horn nothing. Pulled up to window. Ladys on the speaker have a listening problem and attitude problem. I ordered one thing ?is that all?, second thing ?is that... all?, and kept saying that after I ordered my entire order then one time I heard her smack her lips bc I wasn?t done orderingand she got my order wrong you guys need less attitude and more customer service its like this every morning. I ordered on the app at this location. I went through the drive-through and spoke with 3 different people. I was told to pull... over in the slot for the online orders. I waited 20 minutes then I called the store and I was told that they didn't have anonline order from me. I told the manager that if they don't have my order I wanted my money back And he told me I had to getit back through the app.. I did not get it back within 3 business days after I called corporate for online, so I contacted mybank . And after I contacted the bank I got my money back. Read more
All of the McDonald?s in Toledo are trash but this on especially. Everytime I go here I have a problem I?ve learned my lesson... lol.
