Disappointing, waited for 1 hour plus and received my Sweet potato and steak looking very burned. The cook should have never... let food leave the kitchen looking like this. The waitress brought the food to us, thinking no different. I expressed to thewaitress that this is not acceptable. They took the food and the manager came out afterwards. The waitress and the manager bothknew that it was our 25th wedding anniversary and didn't offer to us right away to not charge us for my husband's chickendinner, not until we approached the manager that we wanted to pay for my husband's meal. Than he said that it was covered.Also, never was offered more coffee or water. Customer Service was subpar. Read more
I ordered Brussels sprouts which normally comes with honey butter not tonight it was very dry and bread hard. Called the... restaurant explained what was wrong with my food was put on hold for the manager and then got hung up on. Called back 8 timeseach time the phone rung they picked up and then hung up. The last Call asked for the manager and he was unavailable ???? at10:12pm and they will take my number and have him call back. Anybody that knows me know that I love longhorn but the service andfood has gotten terrible. Will not be going back to the Talmadge Ave Long Horn. Read more
I?m very disappointed with my Longhorn experience today. I ordered my normal salmon with seasoned rice, with a side Caesar... salad, macaroni and cheese no bacon and crispy brussels sprouts. Nothing in my order is correct! First I got my salmon and Inoticed it was burned. It?s so dry I can?t even eat it ,nor does it have black in season on it like I requested. I then went toeat my Brussels sprouts and they are dry as a bone with some type of foreign hard object in it as well! So then I think I caneat my macaroni and cheese and open it up and of course it?s full of bacon. I just spent over $30 on food and all I can eat is aside salad and side of rice. Much better than Maumee location!! Atmosphere food and service are all way better. Wild west shrimp is one of my favorite... seafood apps in town. The parm crusted chicken is always great as well. Everything was priced fair. Read more

Honestly, one of the best meals I have ever had! The filet was cooked perfectly, sides were delicious, and adding shrimp took it... to a whole new level! Love the atmosphere of the place and the staff and manager were super friendly. Read more
One word, delicious. 12/29/21 a Wednesday evening. My wife had the outlaw rib eye, I had the linghorn, we both had the loaded... baked potato. We shared the chocolate stampede for dessert. Service excellent, same for food. A little on the pricey side butyou get what you pay for. Read more
