We love Philly cheese steaks. So we were excited this new place opened in Toledo. Not impressed at all. Got off to a rough... start. Customer service was not good. The man preparing the sandwiches acted totally overwhelmed by the 2 orders ahead of methat he just could not even take my order until they were completed. I have too say the other young man that was there did notstop working the entire time I was there. If he wasn't preparing orders he was cleaning. We tried one steak, one chicken and onephilly steak cheeseburger. Just meh. We will stick with Penn Station until something better comes along. Read more

My dad and I were excited to get lunch from here today and we had a pickup order placed and accepted but when I arrived the... location was closed with no explanation posted anywhere as to why and the website still accepted the order and charged us for itso now we have to dispute it to get our money back. Don't bother with pickups or delivery. You should only come to the locationto make sure you don't have the same thing happen. Read more

Thank you for keeping your hours as posted. My husband and I had had a long day. We tried at least 3 other restaurants before... coming to Lefty's and they had either closed earlier than their posted hours or couldn't be bothered to feed us. The $5 cheese fries had little to no cheese on them and tasted old. The cheesesteak was filled to the brim, but the flavor... was almost non-existent. The steak was not seasoned at all. The bun used for the "large" cheese steak was a glorified hot dogbun. I can't believe this sandwich cost $13. I won't be going back. Read more
The customer service is fine they were all friendly the burnt end fries were amazing but too much onions in the southpaw fries... (literally all you can taste is onion that?s it) and the egg rolls were not worth $7 I wouldn?t mind trying their food again butmaybe make some adjustments Read more
