They're fine when you go through the drive through but the dining room is never open even when the door is unlocked, and there's... no sign out front indicating the "pickup only" rule they say is in place. I go here every Thursday evening and get same exact thing, I get the famous bowl combo and get two biscuits on the side, not... once or twice but this is the third time not getting my biscuits even though I paid 2 dollars for them, and the lady at thewindow looked like she didn't even want to be there, no wonder I didn't get my food, probably last time I ever go there illtravel out of my way just to not go there and they are right up the street from my house Read more
Stopped to get a bucket of crispy chicken, they didn't have enough, would have been 25min wait. We ordered #12, chicken sandwich... was old and smelled funny. 2 famous bowls, was mostly corn and no gravy. Lousiana heat chicken strips, they were old, burnt andhad no sauce. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came through and the lady on drive thru was a disaster and when I asked her to calm down she freaked... out. We asked for a manager and was given ?she wasn?t being rude that?s just how she talks? the General manager then proceededto be extremely rude as well as waking away from the window to ignore us when we asked for a receipt.
