I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with coleslaw. I left, and proceeded to check my bag, noticing I had only 2 pieces of chicken,... and no coleslaw. I went back through the Drive Thru, and told the worker about what happened. She called me a wise-crackin liar,and sent me away without the rest of my order. I will NEVER go back to any KFC again. Ripped me off with overpriced chicken, andwithout my full order. Very disappointed. Read more

Why won't this location answer the phone? Last time we went there was no extra crispy fried chicken and we received no... condiments or napkins. I'm trying to call ahead to place my order if they have ALL today but they won't answer. That's not goodcustomer service! Read more
Restaurant is a hit or miss with what's available and the quality. Always mind blowing when a chicken restaurant is out of... chicken yet remains open. Food is typically good but again sometimes it is the tail end of the supply. Read more

Ordered dinner and paid online from this KFC. Arrived and all the doors were locked even though the website said to go in and... get it off the shelf. People inside waived me around to the drive through. It took too long to explain the situation to thedrive through person who then informed me that they could not make my chicken. Why did KFC the my order when they could notmake my food? Next time tell me before I drive over there. Very disappointing. Read more
